Inspired and devoted to natural healing and holistic therapies, massage and bodywork has become my business and my passion. I've always known that I wanted to be a healing agent and an advocate for personal change in others' lives. I am nationally certified through the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, as well as North Carolina State licensed through the North Carolina Board of Massage and Bodywork Therapy. I am an American Massage Therapy Association professional member.My formal education includes attending UNC Chapel Hill and UNC Charlotte, obtaining a BA. My massage and bodywork training began at Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy here in Charlotte, where I graduated and met the requirements to obtain national certification and state licensure. I continue to complete education courses in a variety of bodywork and energy healing modalities, such as Advanced Neuromuscular techniques, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy. I am a First Degree Reiki practitioner, as well. In addition to bodywork and massage therapy, I am currently working on a 200-Hour yoga teacher certification with Rolf Gates to be completed in November 2010. I also received 15 hours of Yin yoga teacher training with Sarah Powers in January 2010.
I was born and raised in Charlotte and continue to enjoy this beautiful city every day.
